Activities of the fourth edition of the National Caravan program “Shabab Fikra”,
On Monday, May 5, 2025, the Wali of Chlef, accompanied by the President of the People’s Assembly of the Wilaya and representatives of the security authorities, and in the presence of members of the Higher Youth Council and the General Supervisor of the Caravan, oversaw the launch of the fourth edition of the National Caravan program “One Young Person, One Idea.” The Wilaya hosted the event at the Maison de la Culture in the commune of Chlef in an atmosphere full of creativity, ambition, and cooperation, as part of the President of the Republic’s strategy to support youth and entrepreneurship. The event received the official patronage of the Minister of Tourism and Crafts, in cooperation and coordination with the Scientific Club of Marketing and Trade.
The Directorate of Tourism and Crafts participated prominently and effectively in this event with two pavilions:
01- Special tourism wing:
Presentation of the experiences of travel and tourism agencies. An exhibition that included the presentation of ideas and projects from young people.
02- Special pavilion for crafts:
Showcasing distinctive traditional handicrafts that reflect the richness of local heritage through pottery, sala, dom and traditional clothing.
Sectors and organizations supporting entrepreneurship also participated, including:
- Employment Directorate.
- Hassiba Ben Bouali University.
- Several financial institutions and banks confirmed that they would support project leaders and provide them with the necessary assistance.
During this national event, the governor and his accompanying delegation visited the exhibition pavilions showcasing projects presented by creative university students. He listened attentively to their explanations of their innovative ideas and explored the possibility of transforming them from an idea into a productive reality that would contribute to local development and embody their ambitions on the ground.
- Visit the exhibitions open throughout the event, which included a presentation of youth ideas and projects, as well as a selection of traditional handicrafts.
- The official opening and the performance of the national anthem will be attended by the Wali of the Wilaya of Chlef, local authorities, and all stakeholders involved in the event.

- Persuasion skills and how to present the project.
- A presentation of inspiring success stories, businesspeople, investors, and content creators who have entered the world of entrepreneurship.
- The day’s activities concluded with a closing speech from the caravan general supervisor, the presentation of certificates of participation, and group photos.
