In honor of the celebration of the seventieth anniversary (70), commemorating the outbreak of the glorious Liberation Revolution, which falls on November 1, 2024, the Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts organized a rich program that included several themes, as follows:

FIRST AXIS:

The Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts, in coordination with the Gravelo State Youth Association, organized an event within the framework of mountain bike tourism, under the slogan: “Historical tourist routes of the Fourth State”, which spanned two (02) days from November 01 and 02, 2024, from the state of Chlef to the state of Tissemsilt is represented in the following points:

ORGANIZATION:

Directorate of Tourism and Traditional Industry, sponsored by the Wali of the wilaya of Chlef and the Wali of
the wilaya of Tissemsilt.

WITH THE CONTRIBUTION OF:

Directorate of Vocational Training and Apprenticeship.

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:

40 participants from different Wilayas.

RESIDENCE:

Wilaya of Chlef At the level of the Institute of Vocational Education, the late Moudjahid Karimi Abdel Rahman.

IN THE WILAYA OF TISSEMSILT:
SIDI SLIMANE YOUTH HOSTEL.
THE COURSE OF THE VISIT:
DAY 1 (NOVEMBER 1, 2024):

The event took place from the Martyrs’ Cemetery in the Ben Souna district – Chlef, in the presence of the authorities of the wilaya, headed by the wali of the wilaya of Chlef, where he gave the signal to start.
Direction to the commune of Sindjs: stop in the commune of Sindjs to welcome the participants and plant symbolic trees in commemoration of the outbreak of the glorious liberation revolution, which coincided with November 1st.

Stop in the Sidi Saleh district to see the symbolic fresco of the event.
Stop at Ain Bouassal (resting point) and inspect some traditional products of the exhibitors from the point.
Direction to the wilaya of Tissemsilt, where we and the participants were received by the local authorities of the communes of Azhariya and Bouqayed and the director of tourism and crafts of the wilaya of Tissemsilt.

THE SECOND DAY, WILAYA OF TISSEMSILT (NOVEMBER 2, 2024):

Take a tourist tour of the region, similar to the Hammam of Sidi Salman and the mountain in the Kiffan district of Bouqayed.

Return to the wilaya of Chlef (for residence).

THE THIRD DAY (NOVEMBER 3, 2024) MARKS THE END OF THE EVENT.

THE SECOND AXIS:

The Directorate of Tourism and Crafts also contributed to the edition of the third issue (03) of the National Memory Review, which included 15 themes, the most important of which were: the speech of the President of the Republic, the speech of the Governor of the State, historical figures, introduction to the fourth State and the martyrs of the fourth State, historical tourist route and commemoration of the Mujahid, the scholar Sheikh Al-Jilali Al-Farsi, may God have mercy on him. This magazine was widely distributed, as well as the state authorities accompanying the Governor during this event.

THE THIRD AXIS:

Organization of regional weeks of traditional crafts in November 2024 (an exhibition of traditional craft products + a historical exhibition + a historical symposium in coordination between the Chamber of Traditional Industry and Crafts, the Directorate of Tourism and Traditional Industry and the Directorate of Mujahideen and Proprietorship Rights of the State of Chlef in the period from October 31 to November 6, 2024 at the House of Traditional Crafts in the Ben Souna Chlef neighborhood.

The celebration program benefited from media coverage from the regional state radio and some newspaper correspondents, in addition to continuous coverage of the event on the official page of the directorate.
