In the year two thousand and twenty-four, on the twenty-second Saturday of June (06/22/2024) at ten o’clock (10:00), the Wali of Chlef, accompanied by the security and civil authorities of the wilaya, supervised the activities of the opening ceremony of the summer vacation season 2024, at the Tenes center beach, in the commune of Tenes. The celebration was represented by the following activities, with the participation of various sectors involved and many associations with various specializations:

PLACE OF THE CELEBRATION: TENES BEACH, TENES COMMUNE CENTER.

After welcoming Mr. Wali and the delegation that accompanied him, Mr. Wali delivered a speech on the importance of the summer vacation period and its role in reviving the tourist movement in the wilaya. He indicated that the authorities of the wilaya attach great importance to this event considered important. the tourist front of the wilaya, especially on the coastal strip, where tourism activity is considered the most important development factor.

After this speech, the celebration activities began, which included three areas:

THE FIRST SPACE: AN EXHIBITION OF THE DIFFERENT SECTORS INVOLVED:

From 10:20 to 22:50.

• Presentation of the intervention methods used and awareness-raising initiatives during the summer season (National Security + National Gendarmerie + Civil Protection).

  

  

  

• A special exhibition on various forest preservation activities, as well as interventions to protect forest edges from fires.

  

  

• A pavilion on the summer season preparation and promotion program + presentations for active tourism associations and tourism operators.

  

  

• An exhibition pavilion of the sector’s activities during the summer season and the different areas of intervention (health + trade + environment)

  

  

  

• A special suite for communications (Mobilis + Algeria Telecom).
  Exhibition of traditional products.
• Presentation of the achievements of youth centers and youth associations + various sports and recreational activities.

  A presentation of the cultural and archaeological heritage of the State, plastic arts and summer museums.

• (National Office of Disinfection) pavilion presenting the intervention of the Office during the season to eliminate black spots.

THE SECOND AREA: THE ROAD ADJACENT TO THE BEACH:

From 10:50 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

• A review of the security service teams (National Gendarmerie + National Security) (human resources + vehicles + motorcycles).

  

  

• Forest conservation report (human resources + vehicles).
• Civil protection report (human resources + vehicles).
• A review of the sports teams for different sports + activation of sound engineering and layout of the boxes.
• Mobile library + pedestrian square (workshops of the Maison de la Culture).
• Technical waste recovery center (a review of the means used by the institution for the cleaning process).

  

  

• Sonelgaz Foundation report (material resources + vehicles).
• A review of motor sports (motorcycles).

In recognition of the efforts of the collective beach cleaning movement that took place along the coastal strip, particularly on the beaches of the Commune of La Marsa, the Governor presented certificates of thanks and gratitude to a sample of the associations. participating in the operation.

THE THIRD SPACE AT THE BEACH LEVEL:

From 11:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.

• Visit to an exhibition of some beach sports associations (volleyball + diving association + sailboats, etc.).
  Organization of a beach maneuver to recover and rescue a drowning person + demonstrations at sea.

  

  

  

• Finally, the Governor gave the signal for the official start of the summer season.
