In the year two thousand and twenty-four, and in the period extending from January 9 to 13, and within the framework of the realization of the twinning agreement between the Directorate of Tourism and Crafts of the State of Chlef and its counterpart of the State of Bouira, the Directorate of Tourism and Crafts of the State of Chlef organized the participation of a tourist delegation composed of 20 people (ASKME tourist guides, members of Gravélo dz, Al-Manara Club, tourist agencies, Kholoud Association Under the supervision and support of the Executives of the Directorate of Tourism and Crafts of the wilaya Chlef, among four (04) tourist delegations from other wilayas (El Bayadh, Tipaza, Menia, Guelmama), the objective of these exchanges is to make known the tourist qualifications that Algeria abounds with, in particular in terms of mountain tourism, religious and cultural tourism, and to encourage young people to discover these qualifications up close and to establish relations between Algerian youth.

Departure day:

1. The departure signal for the Chlef tourist delegation was given by the Director of Tourism and Crafts of the Province of Chlef.Arrival at the training and animation center of the Tekjda region and welcome by the Wali of wilaya Bouira.

First day: 01/10/2024

1. The Civil Protection Directorate provides advice and guidance to maintain the safety of delegations.

2. Visit the Museum of the National Park of Djurdjura.

3. A walking tour of the historic district LES TROIS CAPITAINES.

The second day 01/11/2024.

1. Visit the Bel Amouri corner as part of religious tourism and get to know the history of the corner and the religious and Koranic activity it carries out.
2. Visit the natural mineral bath of Kassana as part of Hama tourism.

3. Visit a shopping center (UNO).

THIRD DAY: 01/12/2024.

Coinciding with the celebration of the Amazigh New Year, the official activities of the State for this celebration took place in the commune of Taghazout, village of Tsala, under the supervision of the state authorities of the State of Bouira. The tourist delegation attended this event

which included the following activities:

1. Launch of a massive reforestation campaign by the governor of the State of Bouira.
2. The participation of (02) artisans in the exhibition organized for traditional crafts in the village of Tsala in the commune of Taghazout represents an introduction to the customs and traditions of the State which reflect the tangible and intangible heritage of the Kabylie region.

   

   

Visit the commune of Heizer, more precisely the village of Thazmurth, to discover it and visit the traditional olive oil press.

Fourth day: 01/13/2024.

1. Head to the heights of Tekjda and enjoy the natural landscape in the light of the snowfall.
