The House of Culture

Is located in the center of the city of Chlef, Al-Nasr district, Chlef. It was established in 2013. The main activity includes the creation and dissemination of artistic and literary works and their encouragement, the indoctrination of the various colors of arts and culture, the encouragement and development of public reading, the organization of exhibitions, forums and cultural visits, the valorization of traditions and folk arts, and from Among the spaces of the cultural structure, we mention as follows: a performance hall of 800 seats, a lecture hall of 200 seats, exhibition halls, a library for children and adults, workshops for various arts, an internet space, an honor hall, and residence.
